Yoga Practice for Hip and Save in Stability

I found this delicious practice today. The icing on the cake was realizing that she has 40  more free for our enjoyment!

Thanks for posting this. Very timely, my right hip has been problematic for a few weeks. I tried the practice this morning and did feel a bit better so I'll continue with it.
